This sailboat is a Venture Newport, 23 ft. that looks like it was built in the mid-80’s.

The hull is in excellent shape.

Mast is excellent and all the cable riggings are excellent.

2 sails are excellent.

Restoration started – ready for you to complete

Teakwood needs to be sanded and restained.

Interior needs to be rebuilt.

This does not include a trailer. But have a trailer available for $200. It’s probably worth $500.

Only have bill of sale. No title. There is no engine on the boat – so you may or may not need a title.
