Cape Dory 30 Cutter MISS MARLEY for Sale

My Cape Dory 30 Cutter MISS MARLEY is for sale. She is a traditional cutter rigged cut-away fore keel sailboat in very good condition. 1981 model with galley, head, frigoboat refrigerator and Volvo MD7A fresh-water cooled engine in excellent condition. Sails are newer and crisp. All running and standing rigging in excellent condition. I am confident in sailing this boat anywhere. Located in Pensacola Naval Air Station Marina. Asking price is $25,000. Many videos are available for viewing on youtube of MISS MARLEY sailing under all weather conditions.
