You are looking at a **1975 SummerSet Houseboat/w steel hull,** that was taken out in 2010, to have new steel put on bottom and Epoxy coated. Rails were painted 2013. Canvas enclosure.

Platform on back of boat holds 2 jet skids if need be. Right now storing paddle boat that is in the sale.
Floating dock with electricity box connected to the dock on 10/29/2014.

Had a new main power line installed to meet new safety standards. Cost of line was $4700.00. We also added a new antenna for better reception for the TV.

Sleeps 6. Master bedroom in back with Queen size bed.

Two bunk beds in hall way.

DBL sleeper sofa in living room. Berber carpet thru out.

Bathroom has a vanity, toilet, and stand up shower, and carpet floor.

Water supply thru filter system from the lake water.

Kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, dbl stainless sink, full refrigerator, small frig for extra drinks, 2 toaster
ovens, coffee pot, TV, & more will stay with the houseboat.

Two water heaters, 3 air conditioners.

Motor is a 225 Mercury Cruiser w/Holly 4 barrel. Motor was winterized when we bought it, and had no need to take it out on the lake. We have a pontoon for that. PONTOON INCLUDED IN SALE> THIS IS A PACKAGE DEAL.Pontoon is a 1993 Fisher with a 90 hp Mercury motor.
