**EQUITABLE EQUIPMENT CO. 40 SHIFT TUG FOR SALE IN ALABAMA**

This tug has been used by the present owner to shift barges, boats, and his drydock (for sale also, reference stock # 55437).

He has closed his waterfront repair facility and is ready to market Libby.

**Miss Libby is a 40′ tug** with a sealed collision void and a raised wheelhouse for seeing over tall tows. She has two GM 6-71 engines that were rebuilt several years ago and have low hours (tachometers do not function properly so hours have not been properly recorded) because he only used the tug occasionally to shifts loads in his yard. She has remote engine kill switches as per Coast Guard regulations and has a 12 volt dc Delco alternator along with a 12 volt electric panel. She has air controlled throttle/gears and hydraulic steering. She holds between 500 and 600 gallons of fuel total between two tanks of equal size on the port and starboard sides. The lube tank is approximately 100 gallons. He has owned Libby for over 20 years and she has been very beneficial in his waterfront facility shifting loads around.

**INFORMATION ON CONDITION**

Very good condition for her age. Not all gauges work, but know-how prevails and she is ready to be used.
