1987 Hans Christian 38 Traditional with rare Telstar keel(very desirable!) Update! Just bought a new boat! Unfortunately this one has to go soon. Make a reasonable cash offer and it’s yours. Teak side decks removed and recored a few years ago and surveyed and brought up to date summer 2023. The engine replaced with Phasor (Kubota) 50 HP 2017, now has just over 800 hours. Engine runs perfectly. Seven sails(2 mains, 2 staysails, yankee, Genoa and spinnaker) are included. Sails range from fair to very good condition and all are serviceable. The full battened main had recent service and new battens installed. Good below deck autopilot (Alpha 3000) was rebuilt last year, with brand new control box. Boat has received much attention recently including new interior and cockpit cushions, Canvas, including new dodger, inverter, bright work and general upgrades and overall maintenance. No known major issues. This boat has been maintained for many years by an experienced maritime professional. Overall boat is in great condition for age and is ready to go sailing now.
