1969 HouseBoat

1969 Capri 54 ft steel Hull Houseboat.
But was told by previous owner bottom has a rehino liner. This is a great house boat, that I’m truly upset to have to sell. Its complete redone in the inside. Has all hardwood floors, and wood planks on walls.Has plenty of storage.
Had it surveyed back in May, he said it was the best houseboat he has seen for its age. (Have survey on hand) This boat is Allatoona Landing in H15 you can keep the slip, it runs about 450. a month With electricity, and water. It has an inboard/outboard V8 GM motor. Boat runs great motor cranks right up. It did break the shift cable at the end of the season so it won’t go in forward or reverse, we just have not had time to get it fixed. One bedroom one bathroom with toilet,vanity, sink, stand up glass shower.
Has a futon bed and fireplace, a full fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, dishes, glasses, silverware,washer and dryer combo. All work great Sheets, comforter, and pillows stay also. All you need to bring is your clothes and food.lol. . I Just put up led lights around bottom deck, they have remote and change 10 different colors, and change functions, like solid color or roatate. Its pretty cool ?
