This yacht is currently out of the water. Was last in water in fall of 2018 and ran fine with no known issues. Engines, A/C etc. were professionally winterized at haulout. Boat was shrink wrapped for the 2019 winter but shrinkwrap has been removed. Viewing requires climbing up a stepladder to board at the rear swim platform.
As with any pre-owned boat, she does need some normal TLC. (For example paint in some areas and the exterior teak brightwork could use sanding and refinishing etc.) This has been factored into the price.
Seller is not interested in trades or owner financing.
Please be aware the majority of lenders will not finance an older boat using the vessel itself as collateral. You most likely will need to have cash or alternate financing arranged (such as a home equity loan etc.)
