Summerset Houseboat

You are looking at a **1978 Summerset Houseboat/w steel hull,** that was taken out in 2010, to have new steel put on bottom and Epoxy coated. Rails were painted 2013. Canvas enclosure was put on in 2010 as well for those cold nights.

Plat form on back of boat holds 2 jet skids if need be. Right now storing paddle boat that is in the sale.
Floating dock with electricity box connected to the dock.

**Sleeps 6.** Master bedroom in back with Queen size bed. Two bunk beds in hall way. DBL sleeper sofa in living room. Berber carpet thru out. This boat has been care for and is a great starter boat.

Bathroom has a vanity, toilet, and stand up shower, and carpet floor. Water supply thru filter system from the lake water. Kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, dbl stainless sink, full refrigerator, small frig for extra drinks, 2 toaster ovens, coffee pot, and more will stay with the houseboat. Two water heaters, 3 air conditioners.

**Motor is a 229 Mercury Cruiser w/Holly 4 barrel.**

Was winterized when we bought it, and never had a need to drive the boat out on the lake, since we have a pontoon.
