**Description:** We are currently looking for a Marine Finance Officer to join our team in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. If you’re a self-starting, high performing, goal driven individual that loves the thrill of a game changing company in an industry, then this jobs for you.

The Marine Finance Officer will be responsible for originated new boat loans across our customer network of boat brokers and dealers. We are looking for a top performer with a positive attitude and a natural desire to succeed. This individual should be a disciplined self-starter, who has the ability to build, maintain and foster strong client relationships. Candidate must be organized and possess excellent time management skills and able to work in a virtual team environment. The Marine Finance Officer will play a critical role in generating new business while meeting and exceeding company goals and objectives. Sales experience in the marine finance industry preferred. Compensation includes salary plus commission structure. This person should be comfortable with time and budget constraints, deadlines, and workloads with changing and/or multiple priorities.

**Responsibilities:**

Originate new boat loans across customer network

Create strategic finance partnership with YachtCloser customers

Respond to incoming loan inquiries promptly

Liaison between clients/sales agents and financial partners

Manage financial partners and loan sourcing opportunities

Identify new business opportunities

Maintain and track sales activities in company CRM

Foster and maintain prospect and customer relations

Travel as needed to certain industry events, meetings, and customer appointments

Meet and exceed sales goals and expectations

Gain a strong understanding of YachtCloser’s products and services

Provide feedback to company as an active participant in the continual improvement of current and future products
