“TWILIGHT”

The Doughdish is a fiberglass reproduction of the original Herreshoff 12 1/2 footer. It is constructed in foam sandwich fiberglass with teak trim. It is built to the exact hull dimensions and rig of the sloops designed by N. G. Herreshoff in 1914. As a result they are able to compete against the wooden boats in class races and regattas. It is a comfortable and easy daysailer, and a wonderful boat for teaching someone to sail.

“Twilight”  was built by Edey and Duff in 1986. Structurally she is in good shape. Her cosmetics need to be done. 
She comes fully equipped including; mainsail, jib, cockpit cover, custom sail covers and numerous accessories and a relatively new electric outboard.

The sale includes an older, custom trailer, that is NOT REGISTERED,  BUT,  is a custom trailer in good shape. The boat itself IS TITLED. 
She is currently stored on land at Washington Sailing Marina, in  Alexandria,VA
