1984 Watkin Sailboat

25′ Watkins Sailboat in good condition.

Furling system. Automatic bilge pump. 3 year old 9.9 Tohatsu with electric start and electric tilt. Electric water supply in both the galley and the head. Toolkits, kitchen equipment. Life preservers. Boat has a 2 burner alcohol stove but I am including a propane portable stove that I use.The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, forks and cookware.

The Standing and running rigging is in good shape. The sails are also in good condition. Recently washed.

The boat was professionally compounded and waxed this year.

The boat has 5’10” standing height in the cabin.
