Sales Office Administrator-Marlow Marine Sales

Coordinate and manage a very busy marine sales office with a can do spirit. Two+ years of executive assistant experience a must. Experienced in Title closings from contract to close (marine preference); prepare closing documents; communication with buyers/sellers/lenders/legal. Handle a wide range of administrative and executive level support tasks and office management in a high energy team environment. Must be able to work well with others and handle a heavy workload with ever changing priorities. Marketing skills to coordinate website and newsletter on a regular basis. Efficiency in coordination and preparation of boat show and special events. Must be able to travel to events. Strong organizational efficiency, high-end customer service, and excellent communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and database management (preferably ACT).
