INTERIOR LAYOUT:

PILOTHOUSE is very light and airy and includes: inside sterring station, port and starboard settees, folding teak navigator’s table or dinette table. The pilothouse can be completely enclosed, or open the windshield windows and aft canvas enclosure to enjoy a nice days breeze. Port and starboard sliding doore in the pilothouse for easy side deck access.
MAIN SALON includes: a U-shaped dinette to port, sette and pilot berth to starboard. The GALLEY, aft in the main salon includes: double stainless steel sink, gimbled 4-burner Ship Mate stainless steel propane stove with oven, 110 volt Adler Barber-Crosby holding plate refrigeration system with freezer, great counter and storage space. Forward of the main salon is a full width head compartment and an access door to the large bow chain / rope locker.
AFT STATEROOM includes: a U-shaped settee, a single berth to port pulls out to convert to a queen size berth, a single berth to starboard and connected private head compartment.
Ventillation is provided by: 12 opening port holes, 2 opening butterfly hatches, openig windshield and removable canvas aft in the pilothouse. Ocean Marine reverse cycle air conditioning system, Dickinson Newport propane cabin heater.
Interior Decor: Full teak interior, teak cabin sole, red Sunbrella covered cushions in the pilothouse that can also used as deck cushions, green interior cushions in the salon and aft cabin. Two NEW storm sails and one older 150% drifter.
RIGGING and HARDWARE:
Rig height is 55′ . Main mast is sitka spruce box construction, mizzen mast is solid L.N. yellow pine construction, standing rigging is 1×19 Stainless steel wire rope to dead eyed dacron. Two bronze trimming winches on aft deck. All necessary hardware to handle the sails.

Bow pulpit is 1″ stainless steel and extends the full length of the bow sprit, teak stern railing, double life lines, hand rails, 2 horseshoe life rings, 10 life jackets in nylon bags, safety jack lines, safety harnesses, flare kit, ship’s bell, horn, search light, 3 electric bilge pumps, 1 portable manual bilge pump, one 1 1/2″ engine driven bilge pump, 4 hand-held fire extinguishers. 60 LB. CQR anchor with 3/4″ x 300′ rope anchor rode and 50′ of 3/8″ BBB chain, 40 LB. Danforth anchor with 3/4″ x 100′ rope anchor rode and 50′ of 3/8″ BBB chain, Herreshoff Fisherman anchor.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT:
Fenders, docklines, bow sprit with double anchor rollers, Horizontal bronze electric windlass with gypsy and wildcat ( electric foot switch and manual back-up ), boat hook, stainless steel dinghy davits with 8′ dinghy, swim ladder, full deck length green sun awning to give you shade form the sun’s heat, Force 10 stainless steel BBQ gas grill. A set of seven jack stands for out-of-water storage.
