MarineMax Vacations, the fastest growing charter company and a division of MarineMax, is seeking a Yacht Maintenance Technician to be based at our charter base in Tortola, British Virgin Islands.marinemax-vacations

We operate the newest fleet in the British Virgin Islands, including the custom built MarineMax 382, MarineMax 443 and MarineMax 484 power catamarans. Also, included in the fleet are the sailing mono hulls and catamaran ranging in size from 30 to 56 feet, all operated from its charter base in Tortola.

**Job Duties include:**

Yacht maintenance and repair in accordance with Company standards.

Addressing maintenance needs, documenting and troubleshooting.

Carry out inspections of yachts and services.

Perform service calls as assigned.

Ensure that all yachts meet the Company criteria for safe, effective operations.

Ensure that yachts are maintained in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

Ensure effective implementation & management of Company Preventive Maintenance Program.

Repairs and maintenance satisfactorily completed within agreed budgets and timelines.

Ensure all warranty work is completed per manufacturer and MarineMax guidelines.

Dealing with customers in an appropriate and professional manner.

**Requirements include:**

Minimum of 5 years of prior yacht technical maintenance and repair experience

Strong work ethic required

Must be able to work in a team environment

PC skills
